At IU, what issues have been identified with Mac OS X 10.5.3?

At Indiana University, UITS has identified the following issues with Mac OS X 10.5.3:

• Incorrect time zone setting: Under certain circumstances, the 10.5.3 upgrade will set your time zone setting to US/East - Indiana, which can cause problems when you're syncing with Entourage, iCal, or iPhone. • Problems accessing OneStart and Oncourse CL with Safari: If you're using Safari, you may experience problems logging into Oncourse CL, OneStart, and other sites that use CAS authentication. UITS recommends using Firefox instead; see Which web browsers should I use with various IU services?
