How can I see what site-specific software is installed on a TeraGrid resource?
Each computing resource on the TeraGrid has local,
third-party software installed that is not included in Coordinated
TeraGrid Software Services (CTSS). To see what
site-specific software is available on any TeraGrid resource, from the
command line, browse the TG_APPS_PREFIX directory.
Note: To see the value of TG_APPS_PREFIX,
run env from the command prompt.
Also, using TeraGrid's Supported
Applications Software Database you can search for site-specific
software by Science Category, Name,
Organization, or Platform. You can also search for
recently added software (click What's New?) or perform an
advanced search of the HPC Software Repository (click
Search).
