In Windows Vista, if I can't use IU's printer locator utility or access shared files on a Windows computer, what should I do?

In Windows Vista, when connected to the network through a VPN connection, you may not be able to open a Windows (SMB) share or print to a Windows print server. At Indiana University, this means you cannot access IU's Research File System (RFS) or use the IU printer locator utility over a VPN connection. To download a hotfix for this problem from IUware Online, visit the appropriate URL:
