In OneStart, what search options are available, and how do I use them?

OneStart provides the following search options:

• ChaCha: Searches ChaCha, an alternative web search service with optional live assistance
• OneStart: Searches for OneStart content areas
• Google: Searches Google
• IU: Searches the Indiana University web site
• KB: Searches the IU Knowledge Base
• IUCAT: Searches the IU Libraries Online Catalog (IUCAT)

To use any of the above resources:

1. Log into OneStart at: https://onestart.iu.edu/
2. Beneath the tabs, near the top right of the screen, select the radio button corresponding to the search you wish to do.
   
   
3. Enter your search terms in the box and click Search. Your results will appear in a new browser window.
