What are archived documents?

In Oncourse CL, why did the Email Archive reject my message?

By default, the Email Archive is private, so only site participants may send email to it.

Additionally, if you're not using your Indiana University email account to send messages to your site, the Email Archive will reject your messages unless you change your authorized email address. For instructions, see Changing your authorized email address.

If the Email Archive rejects mail from your IU account, check with your instructor or site administrator to make sure your email address is listed correctly. If it is, and your messages are still rejected, contact your campus Support Center. For more information, see How do I contact the Support Center at each IU campus, and what are the hours and options for help?

Note: Your site owner may choose to let anyone send email to the site address. In this case, you could send email from any address, but you will still only receive mail from the site at the email address listed under Account in My Workspace.
