Note: A project is underway to replace Falcon with a service desk system from Numara Software called Footprints, scheduled to be in full production in early summer 2009. For more information, see the Service desk implementation project page.
To report a problem or ask a question about Falcon at
Indiana University, contact the UITS Support Center or send an email message to
falcon@iu.edu .
If you are experiencing difficulties with Falcon, check
https://itnotices.iu.edu for information about reported
outages or problems.
If Falcon is not responding, you cannot log into Falcon, or email into
