For Falcon at IU, how can I report a problem or ask a question?

Note: A project is underway to replace Falcon with a service desk system from Numara Software called Footprints, scheduled to be in full production in early summer 2009. For more information, see the Service desk implementation project page.

To report a problem or ask a question about Falcon at Indiana University, contact the UITS Support Center or send an email message to  falcon@iu.edu .

If you are experiencing difficulties with Falcon, check https://itnotices.iu.edu for information about reported outages or problems.

If Falcon is not responding, you cannot log into Falcon, or email into and out of Falcon is slow or unresponsive, email  ithelp@iu.edu .
