At IU, how can I get a copy of SPSS?
SPSS is available on both Mac and Windows platforms. Indiana University students, faculty, and staff can purchase SPSS software through the IU-SPSS Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). The program contains the SPSS Base, Advanced Models, Regression Models, and Tables, and you may use it either at your workplace or at home for university-related computing activities.
If you already have a copy of SPSS, you will need to purchase a new copy with a current license code when your old copy expires. For details about the licensing procedure, see the IU-SPSS Enterprise License Agreement page. (You must log in with your IU Network ID to access this page.)
For $40, you can purchase a copy of the SPSS CD from the following locations:
| IU Bloomington | Stat/Math Center, 410 N. Park Avenue |
|---|---|
| Other campuses | Campus bookstores |
For more information about statistical and mathematical software, email the UITS Stat/Math Center, visit the center's web page, or phone 812-855-4724 (IUB) or 317-278-4740 (IUPUI). The center is located in Bloomington at 410 N. Park Avenue, and is open for consultation by appointment Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
For more, see the License Agreements page.
