In IU Webmail, why do my clicks not take me to another page?

When you use IU Webmail, some types of software on your computer may cause login or browsing difficulties. When you access IU Webmail, you may be taken directly to the last page that you viewed in a previous session, or you may experience no response when selecting links once you have logged into Webmail.
