In Falcon, can I remove my comments from a contact or incident update after I have saved the item?
Note: A project is underway to replace Falcon with a service desk system from Numara Software called Footprints, scheduled to be in full production in early summer 2009. For more information, see the Service desk implementation project page.
To enforce systemwide accountability in Falcon, you cannot remove or modify comments that you've entered in a contact or incident update after you've saved the item.
