In Falcon, how do I select the severity of a contact or an incident?

To select a severity level for a contact or incident in Falcon, in the Create Contacts or Create Incidents form, next to "Severity:", click the drop-down arrow. See In Falcon, what are the various severity levels and what do they mean?
