Using secure FTP, why does Quarry deny me access when I know that my account exists and I've entered my password correctly?
When you get a Quarry account, before you can access it
via secure FTP (SFTP), you must first select a
Unix shell. To do this, use an SSH
program to connect to Quarry. Once you have logged into the system, a
menu will appear offering you several choices of shells. If you're not
sure which shell to pick, choose the bash shell. Give the
system five to ten minutes to update, and then attempt to connect to
your account with your SFTP program. If you have additional problems,
