For OneStart, how can I get help or ask questions?
In OneStart, the help link on each content area's
title bar provides help on that particular content area in
OneStart. You may also find contact or help information listed in the
"More info:" field under the content area.
Note: Not all content areas provide specialized help or contact information.
For content areas without specialized help, you can search the Knowledge Base for answers. Most of the content areas in OneStart were not written by the OneStart team, but were published by other development groups in the university. Contact your local Support Center or Help Desk to determine who can help with a particular content area.
If you have questions about OneStart, while you are in OneStart,
click Contact at the bottom of the screen to send an email
message to the OneStart team.
If you have problems with the OneStart portal, contact your local Support Center.
