At IUB and IUPUI, what are the Adaptive Technology Centers (ATCs)?
The Adaptive Technology Centers (ATCs) at Indiana University Bloomington and IUPUI provide a wide range of services for students with disabilities, including adaptive hardware and adaptive software, creation of electronic text from print media, conversion of print to MP3 format, and more. The IUB ATC is located in the Information Commons on the first floor of the West Tower of the Herman B Wells Library building, and is staffed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. At IUPUI, the ATC is in the Informatics and Communications Technology Complex, Room 131 C and D, and is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.To view a video (text included) about ATC services, click the link on the right.
