How does the spouse of a deceased staff or faculty member get an IU network account?
Access to university technology resources by spouses of faculty or staff members who pass away while on active appointment is a recognized benefit of honorable service to the university community.
The deceased's department chair must request the creation of an Affiliate account via the Account Management Service (AMS) at:
