Generating a commands list
To generate a complete list of keyboard shortcuts, follow the appropriate steps below.
Word 2007
- From the Office Button menu, select
Word Options, and thenPopular.
- Select
Show Developer tab in the Ribbon, and then clickOK.
- Select the
Developertab, and then selectMacros.
- From the "Macros in:" drop-down list, select
Word commands.
- From the "Macro name:" list, select
ListCommands.
- Click
Run.
- In the
List Commandsdialog box, choose eitherCurrent menu and keyboard settingsorAll Word commands.
- Click
OK.

Word 2003 and older
- From the
Toolsmenu, selectMacro, and thenMacros....
