At IU, how do I delete a computer account?

To delete a computing account at Indiana University, you must send an email request to Accounts Administration at the appropriate address for your campus. At IU Bloomington, IU East, IU Northwest, or IU South Bend, address your request to  valid@indiana.edu . At IUPUI, IUPU Columbus, IU Kokomo, or IU Southeast, address your request to  actadmin@iupui.edu .

If possible, you should send your message from an IU computer account. In your email message, list your username, your name, your University ID number (if any), and the name of the account you wish to delete.

If you wish to delete a group, departmental, or student organization account, the request for deletion must come from the current owner of the account.
