At Indiana University Bloomington, to find out if a UITS Student Technology Center (STC) is open or reserved, check the status at the Schedule of Reservations:

For information on when a particular lab is open, click the cell with the name of the lab in which you are interested.

Access to computers in the STCs is on a first-come, first-served basis.
