In IUB and IUPUI campus housing, where can I get assistance with my computer?

For help or to report a problem with computing in your Indiana University Bloomington or IUPUI campus housing residence, contact the UITS Support Center. At IUB, you can also speak with a consultant in the Information Commons, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

IU Bloomington

If you are a resident of IUB campus housing and you need hands-on assistance with your computer, you can bring your computer to the Information Commons for Carry-in Consulting assistance. For more, see At IUB, what is Carry-in Consulting?

The Carry-in Consulting service doesn't offer hardware installation or repairs. For that, you should either contact the manufacturer or find a commercial computer repair shop. For warranty issues, it's best to consult the manufacturer or a service center authorized to repair your brand of computer.
