How can I find out which UITS computing accounts I have?
If you have a Network ID and know your network passphrase, you can see a list of your current computing accounts at Indiana University by visiting the Account Management Service (AMS) at:
https://itaccounts.iu.edu/After you have logged in, click view your accounts.
Note: For information about managing departmental, student organization, or other nonprimary accounts (i.e., group accounts for which you are the owner) using the Account Management Service (AMS), see Managing your IU group or departmental accounts.
If you find that you are unable to log into an account already created, reset your passphrase using the Passphrase Maintenance utility at:
https://passphrase.iu.edu/If you find that you have both an Exchange account and a Cyrus mail account, one of which you were not aware of, you should log in right away to make sure no email has arrived at the unknown account. To log into either email account, use your current username and passphrase. You can check your Exchange account using Outlook Web Access; for more information, see the Knowledge Base document What is Outlook Web Access (OWA)? You can check your Cyrus mail using IU Webmail; for more information, see the Knowledge Base document What is IU Webmail? In order to prevent misdirected mail, you should forward your mail to your preferred address. For more information, see the Knowledge Base document At IU, how do I forward my email?
